Shipping within India

  1. Orders are dispatched in 1–5 working days.
  2. Delivery takes 5–12 working days, depending on the courier company.
  3. These timelines are a guide and may vary with order volume and other unavoidable reasons.
  4. Shipping is free anywhere in India on orders of ₹6,999 and above.

International shipping

  1. International orders are dispatched in 1–7 working days.
  2. Delivery takes 10–20 working days, depending on the courier company.
  3. All import duties, customs charges, VAT and other local taxes in your country are paid by the customer. You may need to pay these before customs releases your order.

Return shipping for damaged items

  1. For a genuine, verified damage claim, we arrange a reverse pickup. If a pickup isn't arranged, you can courier the item to us and we'll reimburse the shipping charges within 5–7 working days.

Parcel-opening video

  1. Please record a video while opening your parcel. We need this video to process any query, and we can't help without it.

Failed deliveries

  1. Dithya.in is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
    • the shipping address given is wrong;
    • the phone number or email given is incorrect, as this stops our courier partner from delivering the parcel;
    • the parcel isn't collected from the courier's location after one or two recorded delivery attempts.
