FAQ

Ordering & payment

  1. We take orders only on our website, dithya.in. We don't take orders or payments on WhatsApp.
  2. All orders are prepaid by UPI, cards or net banking. We don't offer Cash on Delivery.
  3. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

Shipping & delivery

  1. Orders within India are dispatched in 1–5 working days and delivered in 5–12 working days. Courier delays are not counted in this time. We don't offer express shipping.
  2. Please give a valid Indian mobile number so the courier can reach you.
  3. Free shipping in India on orders above ₹9,999.
  4. We ship worldwide (except Pakistan). International orders are dispatched in 1–7 working days and delivered in 10–20 working days. Customs duties and taxes in your country are paid by the customer.
  5. Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to your phone number. You can also check it on our Track Order page.
  6. If a parcel comes back because the customer was unavailable or unreachable, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer. No refund is given.

Returns, exchanges & damage

  1. We don't accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds once an order is placed, including for size issues. Please check the size chart and order one size up.
  2. Slight differences in colour, finish or fabric due to screen settings and camera lighting are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. If your item arrives damaged, email info.dithya@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the parcel-opening video clearly showing the damage. For a valid claim we ship a replacement; if that product is unavailable, you can choose another product. Refunds are not given in any case.

Sizes & fabrics

  1. What sizes do you have? Most styles come in S to 3XL (bust 36 to 46 inches). Selected styles come in 4XL (bust 48) and 5XL (bust 50). Check each product's size options and our size chart before ordering.
  2. What fabrics do you use? Mul chanderi, Surat mul chanderi, mul cotton, cotton, muslin, tissue silk, crush tissue silk, viscose organza, Russian silk and linen cotton, with handwork, embroidery, cutwork and chikankari details. Each product page names its fabric.
