FAQ
- We strictly do not have any returns/exchange/cancellation/refund on any products once an order is placed.
- Also, there is no returns/exchange/cancellation/refund in case of size issues. Hence it is always advisable to order one size up.
- Returns and exchange is entertained only in case of damage.
- No exchange without parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage)
- Pls contact us on thedityaalabel@gmail.com in case of any damage within 24 hours of receipt of parcel with the parcel opening video.
- In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product. Refunds would not be given in any instance.
- Also, this being online sales, there may be slight variations in the colour/finish/fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.
8. If the package returns back to us stating that the customer was unavailable. At the same time, if they came for delivery or they couldn't reach out to the customer's phone number then the package will return back to us and the customer will have to pay reshipping charges. Then once the package returns back to us we will Reship it (no refund will be provided).
9.The whole Delivery Process takes 5 to 15 working days, If there is any delay on the courier side, it will not count in the delivery timeline.(Orders within India and Please do provide a valid Indian number) and NO, we don't have Express Shipping.
10.NO cancellation once the order is placed .
11.We do worldwide shipping and International shipping takes 5 to 20 working days .
12.Once your package is shipped ,we shall share the tracking details to the phone number provided by you.
13.No physical outlet ,we are an online store only.
14.Once your order is confirmed ,you shall receive an order confirmation mail.
