Choosing your size

We don't accept returns or exchanges for size issues, so please check the size chart before you order. We suggest ordering one size up.

Measurements are approximate and can vary by style. Available sizes are shown on each product page. Typical lengths: kurta 45–48 inches (short kurta 26–29 inches), pants 38–40 inches, dupatta 2–2.5 m. See the full size chart.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only, through our secure checkout.

Shipping within India

  • Orders are dispatched in 1–5 working days.
  • Delivery takes 5–12 working days, depending on the courier company.
  • Shipping is free anywhere in India on orders of ₹6,999 and above.

International shipping

  • Orders are dispatched in 1–7 working days.
  • Delivery takes 10–20 working days, depending on the courier company.
  • Import duties, customs charges, VAT and other local taxes are paid by the customer.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Once an order is placed, we don't accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds on any product. This includes size issues and slight differences in colour, finish or fabric caused by screen settings or camera lighting.

If your item arrives damaged

  1. Record a video while opening your parcel. We can't process any query without it.
  2. Email info@dithya.in within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with the video clearly showing the damage.
  3. For a valid claim we arrange a reverse pickup, or reimburse your courier charges within 5–7 working days if you send it back yourself.
  4. We ship a replacement within 5–12 working days of receiving the item. If the same product isn't available, you can choose another product. Refunds are not given.
